Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1 The Fathers Day Competition is open to all.

1.2 Participants will need to follow Chopstix on Instagram/Tik Tok, like the Fathers Day Competition post & tag your dad and/or father figure in the comments. You will be allowed more entry to the competition if you tag more than one person and if you share the post on your story.

1.3 Employees of Chopstix are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Participation:

2.1 The Challenge will commence on 6th June and conclude on 12th June at 23:59.

2.2 Participants must follow the rules stated at point 1.2, shown earlier.

2.3 By registering for the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Rules:

3.1 Participants must complete all of the tasks provided by the Chopstix within the designated time frame.

3.2 Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.

Prize(s):

4.1 Prize(s) will be awarded to participants based on their completion of the competition tasks.

4.2 The prize(s) will be announced at the beginning of the competition.

4.3 Prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.4 Prize(s) will be awarded as Chopstix Points. You can find where the ‘Chopstix Points’ can be used at: https://chopstixnoodles.co.uk/app-participating-stores/

Miscellaneous:

5.1 Chopstix reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

5.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Chopstix regarding the Competition tasks.

5.3 By participating in the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

5.4 The winner will be contacted on the 13th June. If the winner doesn’t respond back within 7 days, we reserve the right to change the winner or cancel the competition.

By registering for the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
