Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1 The Canoodle Quiz Competition is open to all.

1.2 Participants will need to complete the app quiz, post their Chopstix topping match on their Instagram story with our social media handle (@chopstixuki) tagged onto the post to be eligible to participate in the competition.

1.3 Employees of Chopstix are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Participation:

2.1 The Challenge will commence on 14th February and conclude on 21st February at 23:59.

2.2 Participants must follow the rules stated at point 1.2, shown earlier.

2.3 By registering for the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Rules:

3.1 Participants must complete all of the tasks provided by the Chopstix within the designated time frame.

3.2 Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.

Prize(s):

4.1 Prize(s) will be awarded to participants based on their completion of the competition tasks.

4.2 The prize(s) will be announced at the beginning of the competition.

4.3 Prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.4 Prize(s) will be awarded as a ‘Chopstix Red Card’. You can find where the ‘Chopstix Red Card’ can be used at: https://chopstixnoodles.co.uk/app-participating-stores/

Miscellaneous:

5.1 Chopstix reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

5.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Chopstix regarding the Competition tasks.

5.3 By participating in the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

5.4 The winner will be contacted on the 24th February. If the winner doesn’t respond back within 7 days, we reserve the right to change the winner or cancel the competition.

By registering for the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
