Prize package for 2 adults includes:

Airfare: Return flights from London, UK or Dublin, Ireland to New York City, USA
Transfers: Return airport transfers from the airport to the accommodation in New York City
Accommodation: 5 nights’ luxury (4*) hotel accommodation in New York City, based on sharing a double occupancy room, with breakfast
Private Karate Class: (1 hour) Includes instructor, tour of the dojo, uniform and belt
Private Chinatown Food Tour with Chef: (1.5 hours) Includes chef guide and food tastings
Pizza Making Class: (4 hours) Includes learning the secrets, sampling pizzas made by experts, make up to 4 pizzas & post pizza class support
Karaoke: (2 hours) Includes private karaoke room
Retro Arcade Bar: Includes bar tab to the value of $100 USD*

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1 entry per person, all additional entries will be disqualified.
Prize is for 2 adults;
No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
The competition will run from 16 May until 17 July, 11:59. Any entries submitted after this will not be included.
The winner will be communicated via EMAIL/TELEPHONE by 24 July. If we are not able to communicate with the winner (we will make 3 attempts), we reserve the right to pick another winner.
The winner will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries.
The Recipients must travel at the same time on the same itinerary;
At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require written parent or guardian permission prior to travel.
Economy flights from major international airports in London (Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton) or Dublin only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to New York City (JFK or LaGuardia Airport). Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
Unless stated, travel arrangement whilst in New Yor, including travel to and from the Private Karate Class, Pizza Making Class/ China Town Food Tour and the Karaoke do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double occupancy room at a 4-star hotel in New York City;
Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion and no alternative accommodation will be provided;
Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (apart from standard Breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
For UK WINNERS: Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
FOR ROI WINNERS: A travel insurance allowance is provided to the value of €50 EUR per adult, it is the winner’s responsibility to choose a policy that adequately covers their requirements, allowance will be provided when winner provides receipt of policy purchase;
All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
The prize cannot be taken from 21^st December – 4^th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
The karate class will be tailored to the individual participant’s abilities, any underlying health conditions should be disclosed at time of booking and at the time of the experience;
*For the arcade bar, a bar tab to the value of $100 USD incl. tax and gratuity is provided; the minimum age is 21 years old, proof of age may be required for entrance and purchase of alcohol. If the winner and the traveling companion are both under the age of 21, then the bar tab aspect of the prize will be removed in compliance with local drinking age regulations.;
Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest;
